SECTION 1 – COMPLIANCE WITH FIREARMS LAWS
VBD Retail operates in full compliance with all local, state, and Federal laws with respect to the sale of firearms. Please read the following information and familiarize yourself with the necessary steps to ensure your purchase is legal.
SECTION 1a – ILLEGAL PRODUCTS
The customer assumes full responsibility for understanding and following gun laws in the city, county, and state in which they reside and possess their items. If a customer orders a product that is deemed illegal in their city, county, or state, the order will be canceled, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and store credit will be issued of the remaining balance.
In addition to specific local law, there are certain persons who cannot legally receive or possess a firearm. These include:
1. Has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
2. Is a fugitive from justice;
3. Is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance;
4. Has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental institution;
5. Is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States or an alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa;
6. Has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;
7. Having been a citizen of the United States has renounced his or her citizenship;
8. Is subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner; or
9. Has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
10. Cannot lawfully receive, possess, ship, or transport a firearm. [18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n), 27 CFR 478.32].
SECTION 1b – SERIALIZED PARTS CHARGEBACK WARNING
The serialized part is the component that is legally considered to be the firearm in question. If a customer performs a credit card chargeback on an order including a serialized part, and remains in possession of the serialized part, this is legally considered theft of a firearm. THE STOLEN ITEM WILL BE REPORTED TO AUTHORITIES AND AN OFFICIAL REPORT WILL BE FILED WITH THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES (ATF).
SECTION 1c – SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
VBD Retail will only ship regulated items to authorized firearms dealers possessing a Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will not ship regulated items to individual homes under any circumstances. All licensed dealers purchasing from VBD Retail will need to supply a copy of their current FFL.
IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO SHIP ANY FIREARM TO A NON-LICENSEE (FFL). Any non-licensee (FFL) is required to have any and all firearms (rifles, pistols, receivers, and other serialized parts) shipped to an FFL. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a Transfer Dealer’s FFL. A copy of the Transfer Dealer’s FFL can be sent to us by email at CONTACT@VBD-RETAIL.COM.
NO FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FFL TRANSFER DEALER (FOR NON-LICENSED DEALERS). Orders older than thirty (30) business days with no FFL provided will automatically be canceled with a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
VBD Retail will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. Unless the customer can provide legal documentation and approval from the state of CA explicitly allowing said item.
NO firearms sales to Puerto Rico.
VBD Retail will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii without pre authorizing the purchase via the CONTACT US form or emailing CONTACT@VBD-RETAIL.COM
Questions about shipping firearms or firearm parts can be directed to CONTACT@VBD-RETAIL.COM. Allow up to 3-5 business days for additional processing.
SECTION 1d – DELIVERY VERIFICATION
An adult signature is required upon receipt of any ATF regulated item.
SECTION 2 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. VBD Retail reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
SECTION 3 – CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
SECTION 4 – ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Time
Most orders received before 6:00PM will ship the next day, provided the product ordered is in stock. If there is a large quantity of orders placed on any given day, Orders may take longer to be shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by VBD Retail or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
SECTION 5 – PRE ORDERS
If items are available for pre-order, this means the item is not currently in stock and awaiting fulfillment from distributor or manufacturer. Expected dates for the items arrival is subject to change at any point prior to or after a customers pre-order is placed. Any estimated dates of a pre-ordered product are not guaranteed. By placing a pre-order on an item, the customer agrees to these terms. A delay or change in expected delivery date does not allow the customer for a full refund on their order. If the item being pre-ordered is discontinued or otherwise canceled by the manufacturer, a full refund will be issued. If the customer otherwise requests to cancel a pre-ordered item, they will receive a 75% refund of the original purchase price.
SECTION 6 – OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the next day if ordered by 6:00PM, or by the following business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Refunds may be issued on oversold or out of stock items when first being notified. If the customer requests to keep the order request, the out of stock item and terms will then follow the stated terms in SECTION 5 – PRE ORDER.
SECTION 7 – MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
SECTION 8 – CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Any order canceled by the customer is subject to a 25% restocking fee on the total cost of the purchase.
SECTION 8 – TAXES
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
SECTION 9 – TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, VBD Retail shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. VBD Retail shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, VBD Retail shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that VBD Retail is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

SECTION 12 – OTHER CONDITIONS
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether VBD Retail signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
SECTION 13 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using VBD-RETAIL.COM in any form or otherwise ordering from VBD RETAIL in any manner, You agree and accept all of the terms and conditions listed above.
